It’s been a busy year for Seed Workspace and we just added another exciting tenant to our
robust list! We’re thrilled to welcome The H.O.M.E. Team at Keller Williams Innovations to our
Seed Workspace family.
The H.O.M.E. Team at Keller Williams Innovations is a residential real estate team that is
specifically rooted in the areas of Delray Beach, Boca Raton and Boynton Beach. Their team is
made up of a talented group of professionals with extensive client experience, customer service
and business development backgrounds, and they are passionate about real estate and
community engagement.
The H.O.M.E. Team at Keller Williams Innovations knew they needed a home base in the
epicenter of their markets that could accommodate not only their ever-growing team, but also
the individual schedules of each of their employees. Since co-working spaces allow for flexibility
and less commitment, they were drawn to Seed Workspace, and upon their first walk through,
they immediately fell in love with the energy, design and overall environment.
Outside of their private office, you’ll most likely find members of their team working from the big
green pod couch or utilizing the Zen Room for phone calls.

the free printing and shipping resources, as well as the wonderful kitchenette with complimentary coffee. But our favorite amenity is definitely, Ricky! As new tenants, it’s been incredible to work with a leasing professional as effective, kind and attentive as he is.’
